If it works, then try it.
It needs more funding, instead of the waste of money on things like 'the Iraqi War', movie stars' 'bling', and junk food.
I don't know enough about the SETI program for suggestions-- I leave that up to the scientists and physicists and other folk that can figure out what gaussians are????
