I'm a 41 y/o former systems administrator and I'm interested in everything related to new and old technology and technology still to be invented. I hope we find ET and he can help us doing that, because we're in bitter need of new technology if we want our planet to be saved for future generations.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1) Why not? there are worse ways to use your computer.
2) I find it amazing that so many people are out on the search for ET.
3) Develop new routines for even faster analyzing those bunches of data.
