I'm a programmer from Toledo, OH. I'm 28 years old and graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Computer Science. My hobbies include video games and anything to do with science fiction and fantasy. In my spare time I like to work on independent computer projects. I recently created a video game for the Palm OS operating system called Bar Bugs and have sold several copies so far. My goal is to one day create a project that makes me rich and/or benefits the world in a positive way.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I think SETI@home is a amazing project. It allows average guys like me to contribute to a project that could change the world. It's also a lot of fun as a family activity. My dad's SETI name is Alien Hunter and he's also on the University of Michigan Alumni SETI Team. I think there is most likely extra terrestrial life out there somewhere. The universe is too small of a place for just us. Also, if life is discovered elsewhere, I want to be a part of that discovery!
