Yes, of course I think extraterrestrial life exists. We, here on earth are some of the extraterrestrial life sought by those far removed from our blue skies. Eventually, we'll discover each other... there's no way to know just when. I think we haven't met yet because all of us here and there are at the same level of development --- it may all happen at once, I think.
It would be good to transmit a beacon and I think it best to send the kind we're hoping to detect at the present time.
