Well my name is Mark Ammons I live In Enola Pennsylvania and I am 50 yrs old and I have lived in in Enola for the past 18 yrs and I have enjoyed every minute of it because it is a quite little town where very little happens just the way I like it lol
My hobbies are computers building and fixing them which is my faorite past time I also like to chat on the internet with other people I also am a big Sci-fi buff I grew up on Star Trek and in my later yrs Babylon 5 which are my 2 all time favorite tv shows and I can never get enough of them
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Why Do I Run Seti@home well I believe that there is other life out there beyond the stars we just haven't found it yet and Seti is one way of finding other life out among the Stars and untill we find a way to really travel among the stars to find other life Seti is the only way at the moment and by scaning the heavens it is my hope we will find said life I just hope I live long enough to see that happen I would hate to think that we where the only ones left in the universe
What are my views on Seti well the Seti Project is very important one of the things as humans is the need to know and we need to know if there is other life out there other than our own we can't be the only ones in the universe because if we our the only ones the universe would be a bouring place which is why Seti is important in order to find other life
I have no Suggestions at the moment just keep doing what you are doing and keep Seti alive so we can find Spock or Delenn out there lol
Personal Note: I do believe we will find life but not in my lifetime I sometimes think I was born 300 yrs to early because I believe we will one day travel among the stars and that we will find other life out there I just hope we get the chance to find it before we destroy our selfs because by finding other life the human race will live on
