Personal background
I have been interested in space, physics and all that goes with it. I try to read as much as I can on quantum physics and anything that has to do with exploring the known and unknown reaches of our universe. Although I dont really have a grasp if QP, I feel that I am in good company. Anything I can do to help out I will give it a shot. I guess it's kind of wierd for me, being Christian, but fascinated by the possibility of life or really anything that we haven't found yet. I am always in search of adventure and something new. I am in the Marines, my job is a Scout for Light Armored Recon, so I guess in a sense, finding something new and being able to apply that for myself, others or future generations is what my passion is. My biggest hope is that I can be of use to SETI and sll scientist to come up with new and exciting data. One thing that I would like to do is finish up my college and get a degree in Astronomy and once I am done with the military, work as an astronomer. Math is something that really excites me, but boring teachers make learning hard for me. If I can use mathmatics in experiments and projects, it helps me learn and retain the knowledge that has been given to me. So with this nifty little program, I hope I can get back into the swing of things and apply myself.

I race rally cars, and rally cross. One day like to do that on a more professional level. Catching some sweet air on anything has always made me shout for more.
I love to read, if I am not playing some game, or working you can almost always find me with my nose burried into a magazine or book that either has to do with racing or any type of science, I love it all.

Right now I work for a mortgage company, and no I don't have any rates.

My age is 24.

And I was originally from Va, but came to Ca when my parents moved back in the early 80's.

I love music, Bluegrass-playing my banjo relieves stress, classical-mostly choral, punk- old school not this new crap, and a lot of bands where you can't really understand what they are saying. I also get a kick out of old school and underground rap, mainly the bass on my body-it relaxes me for some reason- don't really listen to the words though:-/. And electronic, basically does the same thing as rap, except all the annoying words.

Thats about it. I am a very open person, with lots to share and even more to learn. If this is available for viewing give me an e-mail sometime. Don't worry I won't preach to you, lol. I just like making friends with similar interest's or even some that don't. Boooosshhhhaaakaaaaaa, and remeber 42.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Pretty much all that is above in the first paragraph. I wish SETI had more resources, if I had enough money I would fund it for the rest of my life, but unfortunately I have trouble making my car payments, lol. But this is cool too. I feel I can finally contribute something to which I am really interested in. Even if all I see is a screen saver, I still feel good deep down knowing that I am for the cause and not one of the skeptics. Keep up the good work is all I can say.
