Space crazy since 10 years old, read Stranger . . at 12. Now (06/05) too old to even get into orbit now, but will buy increasingly fast computers to process SETI data. Want to get into BOINC but don't understand how to do it, and forgot my password for my "classic" account.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Poli Sci graduate in 1970. Love computers but don't have any math in my head to begin to understand them. Don't understand BOINC. Have now created two BOINC accounts because I cann't remember my "classic" (old provider) password. Any advice.
Tell me about BOINC - I'm confused. Why can't I just run regular SETI units until I pass #2 on my team?
