Personal background |
I am a retired college professor (Temple U. School of Medicine, Dept. of Anatomy & Cell Biology). I am 68 years of age and my hobbies are legion (astronomy, paleontology, UFO research, sports cars, comparative religion, physics, history, anything Far Eastern - religion, gardening, music, art, etc.). |
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |
1.) I would really like to think that I am aiding in some meaningful way your search for other intelligent life in our galaxy.
2.) Although I believe the SETI project is worthwhile and praiseworthy, I think that your search parameters are entirely too narrow.
3.) You should widen your bandwidth of receptivity considerably. Other than that, is there any way I could visit one of your instrument sites and talk to the personnel?
