Hello all, i'm Ronnie, originally from London, but now living in sunny Peterhead, although i work in Aberdeen. I'm 40 years old! Married, 3 kids, work for the City Council at the Public Mortuary!
I like reading, sci-fi, fantasy, horror, playing chess, but not very good at it and if i ever get any free time, astronomy, have a 8'' Reflector telescope. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I run SETI@home because i think its a worthwhile project to get involved with. With so many stars and planets out there, who knows, there may be just one other world with another life form out there. What a blast that would be to say hello to them!!
Whether i totally believe theres other life forms out there, i dont know! Just look at us, the amount of time and pure luck its taken to form us into what we are, could the same happen elsewhere? I'd like to think there is, being alone here is abit daunting when you start to think about it! |
