| I'm a teacher. I live in Oregon. I have always been a supporter of space research. I grew up in a desert (semi-arid) area where looking at the sky was a source of amazement. I knew there had to be more than life here out there. The probability was to great to deny. Anyway, I am interested in learning everything that I can and perhaps in some small way contributing to the growing knowledge and understanding of the world and universe. |

| I was introduced to SETI when I lived in Oakland, Ca., in the 1980's. I taught a girl gymnastics, whose mother was associated with the SETI program at that time. My hope for the project, rather than view, is that we get an answer to that question in my life-time. |
