Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
My computer came to me one day and told me it was bored. If it didn't get something to do it was going to reformat my hard drives, or worse yet, go visit questionable web sites and pick up social diseases. Looking for aliens seemed like a good project that would keep it away from bad influences like spyware.
