I am a long-time computer user and I have had careers both within the computer industry and in various other areas. Now computers are a "hobby" again. My other interests include digital photography, astro-physics, auto racing, and Academy Award winning movies.
I live in Victoria, BC, probably the most beautiful place in Canada, and the world. The scenary in British Columbia is the most spectacular I've every encountered. I was born here and my family move away when I was a young man, but I was constantly drawn back and I finally move back to enjoy this great place. |

| I am a avid believer in the theory that we are not alone in the universe. I am also realistic enough to know that other intelligent beings that exist in our universe are at such extreme distances from our solar system that there is little chance we will be able to contact them in my life time, but I believe the SETI Project is an important first-step in man-kinds initial efforts in making contact with our celestial neighbours. |
