| My name is Bruce, aka chutney (it's a long story, so I won't bore you with it :-)) I live and work in Switzerland, and consider myself very lucky to spend my time in such wonderful surroundings. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

Why do I run SETI@home at home ? - Normally I'm away from my computer more than I sit in front of it (with work and other commitments). The CPU was designed to run, not be powered off, or even worse be idle. I like the idea of this kind of "distributed computing", especially when it is a not for profit.
