Personal background
Hi
I'm a physics student at University of Montreal (Canada).
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I don't really think that finding aliens out there can help humanity in any kind of way. First because even if we receive any signal the civailisation that would have sent it would be extinct long time ago. And second humanity is not ready yet for a 3rd kind meeting.. we eould make jokes of ourselves.. we kill each other we hate eache other and we let our children starve... well for my self, i don't like much what i see..
But if the people of SETI truly belive that what they are doing is right, as scientist we must stick together and help each other.. so farewell and good luck
