Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I just can't believe we are alone in this universe. But the greatest danger is us, humans by nature are scared of the unknown...
As for the possibilities for a higher intelligence wanting to establish communication with us, well, I will quote a user: (We are definitely transmitting a beacon to the heavens with TV and radio waves we send out all day long..... BUT nothing like human culture to say we are a war like and uncivilized species?)
