Personal background
I'm from germany and administrat small networks after work. Got a own small Network with a few maschines. Someone call me a i-junkie. Maybe its a little off that, but i also dooing gardenwork, have own vegetables on my garden. I have a dog, a collie (yes a Lassie) and want to get some more of them.

No, i'm not female, chefin ist online a trademark of me, coming from a good evening with a few beer, and now everyone knows me with that nick, so i won't change it. Doing some things in Internet with that nick, or becouse ist mostly used then i use chefin4711. This regular free, so i can reserve it for me.

Hope my Englisch is not to bad, its online learn by school, little practice by traveling around. Oh yes, traveling is also a profession i like. Got a littel camper becouse flying with dog is not easy, also hotels.

Yeah, that's all what's interesting with me.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
i think extraterrestial Humans must exist, because of the many stars and its planets. if they where founded online 1000 years bevor us, think about what will be in thousend years here when we force the speed of searching for new technologies. Startrek will be real. Many ideas of that movie are now theoretical possible. Transfer with energie is possible, we online have't enough controlpower at this time. Also overlightfast partikel are real, found in DAISY in Germany.

I hope that, if we find some other humans in the sky, the peoples will try to reach them and therefor they have to work together, vorget weapons and put all the energy to that big projekt, like it happens just with the big platform together with russians and europeans and amerikans. Maybe for such a big projekt, some more big countrys work together.

One off the reasons to work for seti, some others are, my maschines running somuch time idle, but running. Better they do somethink.
