1.- Yes i think there is life outside our planet, about the when and how will be discover it's hard to tell, one consideration is that may be civilations with the same grade of evolution we have.
2.- Yes we can´t be only listeners, we have to let other civilations to know we are here, about the information we should send, I think the information contained in the VOYAGER missions is a good start. |
