| I'm a not quite average housewife in Southern California. Besides running seti@home, I also participate in the SCA in many different capacities. My other hobbies include MUDs, LARPs, science fiction, catering events for friends, and occasionally exercising my primitive couturier skills. |

I firmly believe that extraterrestrial life exists, but I'm not sure that we'll recognize it when we see it.
I have mixed emotions regarding transmitting a beacon, perhaps we would look pretty yummy to other species.
I run seti@home to help increase the chances that humankind MIGHT just find something cool out there in space to talk to. |
