| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| There is a high statistical probability that "life" exists in locations other than Earth, so I think we have a responsibility to look for it. Radio telescopes are a good method, because most civilizations advanced enough for us to contact would likely use or at least monitor the electromagnetic spectrum for communications. SETI@home should be continued; with patience, our curiosity may bear fruit. |
