| I live in Cuba, Missouri, and i am currently going to college in Oklahoma City, OK. anyhou, i've had seti for about 2 years now and in the last month (as of 3-10-03) i have returned over 250 work units. That shows how serious i was about it before. I work as a web designer for 2 companies right now, and hopefully i will contract to more. | Do i think ET life exists? Of course. if you do any research on Glenn's first flight, he said "santa claus" was with him... right....i completely believe that someone is out there, even as close as our moon. Maybe, just maybe they dont want to be found. maybe we'll never know. But i'm just waiting till one of us finds something and prove to everyone else that there is something out there. Should we send a beacon? Yes. ONLY giving our location and a physical description of our race. I dont think they should send anything out to everyone out there telling about our technology and whatnot - simply to keep that information out of hostile hands. Why do I run SETI? To prove to everyone else something that i already know. there are too many "Doubting Thomases" out there. Quit being so hard headed! |
