| I am a 48 year old transportation manager in a printing company in New England. I enjoy bowling,Football, Firearms (Big supporter of the 2nd ammendment), and video games with my kids.Only in the past year have I been introduced to S.E.T.I. Great program.Looking forward to being a major contributor to the program. Think we have a shot at finding something some day. |

| I definitely do. I don't think we will find them, I think they will find us. Benefits would hopefully be we would learn a lot from a civilazation so obviously advanced. Providing we didn't screw it up. Dangers would consist of the potential for us to do something really stupid, as we have been know to do before. Beacon would be a bad idea. Don't send to much info we wouldn't want to scare them away. Let them find us. I like the idea of being a contributer to the project. Doing something useful with my computer. I'm glad to be of help. I also run my computer at work on the program and a 2nd one at home that I gave my kids, although I am having a problem getting his results to register under his name in my group. I have no suggestions at this time. My view is I think it's an outstanding way for someone to help our planet with this worth while cause. |
