Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I do believe that there is life out there because, it would be a lot of space to waste if Earth is the only planet with life on it. I don't think humans will discover life in our generation because, life is probably in a different solar system and it will take a while to get there. If they have a more advance technology than we do then we could learn a lot from their technology. We also have to realize that we will have to learn their language if they are intelligent to communicate with them. I think we should transmit a beacon because, it could help something find us too. I run SETI@home because, I want to help to find ET. I also use SETI@home because, of the stats. One thing that I would change about the software it adding more options like choosing a percent of the CPU that it is using.
