I am a werewolf who runs a site at http://www.wolfcross.com. I am a bone collector, and I tend to run off into the woods and howl, no matter what the phase of the moon might be...
So what do I do? The usual mundane things werewolves generally do... howling, sniffing my food, scratching on the walls, clacking my claws on plastic... trying to learn to live. Sometimes I make mistakes, and I can be difficult to train. I do learn, though... even now, as I write this, I have a sense of dejá vu, that I knew the answer all along, even though I continually and steadfastly refused to believe or even see it all along the way. It's been a long journey.
Insight for me, then, means I have found fuel for the fire, that I understand that coincidences have meaning and carry messages important to my evolution, and most importantly, that my instincts are finally and truly connected to the Flow. Being true to yourself first, absorbing what you learn from others, giving to get something in return, is truly the most hedonistic thing you can do, and strangely, it is also the thing that will lift others and help them evolve. It is one of those strange paradoxes that make sense only when you are ready to understand.
Learning is a lifetime process, and we all should live a little...

Interesting program this is... looking for stray signals from other stars, a message sent across the interstellar wilderness.
Instinct compels to write this today. All of this, all that you see here, has been an ongoing evolution towards... what? There have been many who have seen the way and have had the Insight, and as time passes more and more of us will begin to see and understand the nature of things, and the magic of the world around us. It is up to to each one of us as individuals to take responsibility for our spirit, pay attention, and to see with beauty and clarity, and to listen to serendipity as it happens and do what we need to. Sooner or later, when the time is right, we will hear that voice, and it will change how we look at ourselves and the Cosmos.
So slow down just a bit, take another look, and truly look into the nature and beauty of the world around us for Insight. The answers have been there all along. Only now are we beginning to awaken...
Whatever it is about the night sky that compells us is out there, somewhere, just waiting for us to take a look... so howl a little bit and then listen. Someone might be howling back at us. |
