Personal background
Toronto, January 10, 2002

My life experience and technical background acknowledges that we are not unique nor the only cognizant progressively developing life form in the universe.
I am proud to be a small contributor with the endeavors of SETI to connect our infinitesimal blue dot to other world sentient beings.
I am a 67-year-old father of 2 sons 13 and 18 with an engineering background. I quit my job in the early 1960 and made my hobby SCUBA diving my new career by starting the first diving resort on the Red Sea. 1996 I sold Aquasport International and moved to Toronto with my Canadian wife Marilyn.
Since then I am engaged in developing and marketing Ecological Products.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
My hopes are, however unlikely this may seem to some, that we shall find others that will galvanize the human race and bring us out of the dark ages.
Yes, I think extraterrestrial life exists and is highly probable given the infinite possibilities of the already discovered universe.
The Seti program is only a start in this endeavor and it should be progressively refined with increasing capabilities. The likelyhood of our humanity's self destruction is infinitely greater than the possible dangers posed by extraterrestrial life forms.
We should do everything possible to find others.
