The right to vote should be earned by an "A" level in democracy and civic responsability.
Democracy is not for "the many too many".

Creeping censorship and invasion of privacy should be reversed.
Current policies will lead to web access of an official or an unofficial DNA database of the entire developed world.
Are we ready for the resulting ramifications?

The population for the UK should be at Restoration levels of about 6,000,000.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
SETI work units have been used for machine benchmarking for many years.
I ran my 1st work units for this reason.
Running the units around my home network was also a fun challenge.

SETI data chunks are too small for Athlon and later machines.
