1. Yes extraterrestrial life does exist. I believe we will discover it by exploration. The benefits are to change the mindset of our existance of our planet (we are not the only ones)
2. Yes we should transmit. Information of ourselves as a human race.
3. I believe there has to be intelligence and life in the galaxy by the millions. Suggestions keep looking unfortunately until we have a USS Enterprise we may not be able to explore and find out for ourselves.
