Profile: David

Personal background
I live in the Sandia Mountains just east of Albuquerque, New Mexico. I retired in 1987 from the US Air Force after 21 years and from the New Mexico Office of the State Engineer in 2006 after 13 years. My interests include reading, backpacking, fishing, woodworking, genealogy, SETI, and my 15 grandchildren.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
All of the Boinc projects are interesting, but I believe SETI is the one that could have the most profound impact on humanity. That is why I continue to run it after all of these years.
