I believe that ET exists and we will know it when they decide to reveal themselves to us. We should not be so presumptuous to think that we are the only life forms in the universy.
I would like to see Mulder's Stats!
The biggest problem with our discovery of ET is our own ability to live together... or lack of it. And, we have no defensive weapons... so ET better be nice.
Our beacon should contain mathematical equations... some with answers - some without. Perhaps a star chart... after thirty years of television they may be able to read that type of signal.
I discovered SETI@Home and wanted to help. I think it should continue until 'First Contact'
