Personal background
Hello to everyone ! My name is Bruno. I was born in 1963, I lived in Belgium till 1998. Now I live in France. My hobbies are computers, movies, political life, history, and search for extra-terrestrial life. My job is Director of a little computer society and I make politics too. I hope that governements all around the world will sustain projects like S.E.T.I. in the future but I'm happy that every man on earth with a "little" computer can bring his stone to this fantastic project. I'm a Trekkie since my childerhood and my objective, like in Star Trek, is always gone where no man has gone before. Let's continue with S.E.T.I.

For all men and women from every country : live long and prosper !

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I believe that extraterrestrial life exists and that "aliens" have already taken contact with us in the past. But maybe humanity was blind or egotist to listen to their message.

Now we have a scientific method to hear them. Let's continue in this way but I believe some of them will come on Earth when our governments will be more peaceful.

The only information we can send to other civilizations is a message of peace and a message that tells we are ready to learn other thing than war and destruction.

I run SETI@home because I believe in this project but it will be better with more than one radio-telescope, eventually based on a space-based telescope.
