I currently reside in Stockon California. I am 28 years old (29 shortly). My interests include astronomy, SETI (obviously), and some areas of the paranormal.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Do I think ET's exist? I have to say yes to that question. I have a hard time accepting the idea that we are the only intelligent life in the universe. When and how we'll discover "them" is actually up to them I imagine. Benefits and dangers... we'll find out when the time comes.
Should we transmit a beacon... why not? I imagine we already are actually. What information to send... a sampling of everything.
Why do I run SETI@home... I find it interesting.
