Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. I think life does exist to deny the possibility would be the root of true ignorance. We will discover it though the least likely method. Benefits would be perhaps to find some link to our past that throughout our current logs of history, cannot be found. The dangers would be to contact a more advance form of life that would simply destroy us for their pure amusement.

2. I think we should listen, but not transmit. If someone/something wants to be found bad enough we will find them.

3. I think the project is a good ideal. It's good that were looking in the ways we are, yet I think the way we'll finally "make contact" will be utilizing the least expected form of communication.

3c. My only suggestion would be (for us radio buffs) to have a tech link showing the therium used behind the base frequencies etc.
