1.How and when did you become interested in SETI@home?
1.I saw a tv program once on the subject.
2a.Why do you run SETI@home?
2a.To help and hope i find the "WOW" signal again (lol).
2b.What are your views about the SETI@home project?
2b.It is a vital project.
2c.Why do you think it's worthwhile?
2c.It will greatly improve our knowledge.
3a.What are your thoughts about extraterrestrial intelligence?
3a.This universe is so vast it is very unlikely that we are alone.
3b.Are they out there?
3b.Yes of course they are.
3c.Will we discover them?
3c.Yes.
3d.What are the benefits and dangers of such a discovery?
3d.Are they friendly or not.
3e.Should we transmit our own signal for others to find?
3e.This i personally think is something we should not do, because if you realy think about it an alien civalisation will probably be agressive towards us.
But he, we are sending since the 1950´s so those signals have travelled real far by now. So the damage is already done.
Final thoughts.
Seti rules, my opinion is that goverments must spend lots and lots more money on exploration of the universe, so help seti you bastards! (lol). |
