| I strongly believe that life exists elsewhere. I'm sure a few of you have seen an episode of Star Trek or Dr WHO. They stay away from worlds that are not yet ready as a Whole. I know these are Sci Fiction, but I believe the reason we have yet to find any thing is because we're not ready. Our people are starting to get there. Very soon, a scientific breakthrough will make us able to do things previously unthought of. I believe that we will have made some sort of SETI discovery within the next decade. Do you think when electricity was invented they were thinking of computers? Or the first flight that lasted less than a minute would send people faster than the sound barrier in less than 75 years. |
