Profile: Southern Illinois University Carbondale

Personal background
SETI is running in Southern Illinois University Carbondale's Computer Learning Center. There are four computer learning centers. The only lab currently running SETI is lab 2. We made SETI@Home run only when users aren't logged into the computers. We did this so it could be run while not disturbing the users. If you want more info about how we made it run like that email us at seti4siu@hotmail.com.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
WE ALREADY FOUND ALIEN LIFE! THEY WORK AT THE HELP DESK!

WANT PROOF? GO TO SIUC AND FIND OUT!

IF HUMANS DECIDE TO TRANSMIT A BEACON FOR OTHER SPECIES TO FIND WE SUGGEST SENDING SOME SPAM MAIL ALSO. WE THINK THEY WOULD BE LEFT OUT IF THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE ANNOYING MESSAGES WITH THEIR EMAIL ALSO.

WE ARE DOING OUR PART TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EFFORT TO FIND EXTRATERRESTRIAL LIFE. RUNNING SETI@HOME IS OUR WAY OF HELPING OUT MAN KIND.

FOR LEGAL REASONS AND THE FACT THAT I WOULD LIKE TO GRADUATE, I AM MAKING THESE STATEMENTS FOR MY OWN PERSONAL BENEFIT. THESE STATEMENTS DO NOT REFLECT OR REPRESENT SIUC'S BELEIFS OR PERSONAL STATEMENTS.

HAVE A NICE DAY!
