Personal background
I'm a 27-year old web developer living in Cairns, Australia.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I think SETI is a fairly important project simply because of the potential for social change through the discovery of extraterrestrial life.

I have tried several other distributed computing packages, and I run Seti@home because it is defnitely the most stable.
