Hi, I am a over 40 Male. Currently living in the state of Florida. I have worked as a constuction worker for most of my life and finally settled on land surveying as a way to make a living and actually enjoy my work. Just like star seaching , it allows me to see things most people will never see. As a kid in the early 60's living in Florida was something very special...the entire space program became a reality....I remember watching the first launches...it was truly an awsome sight. That peaked my interest early on about space and what might be out there.....(of course those wonderful 50s and 60s sci-fi shows might have helped just a little bit) :-P .....sorry folks...got off to a slow start I was using the desktop version... cli. rocks!
It isn't as pretty as the desktop....but it is about 5x -6x faster, that in itself is a wonderful thing. My hobbies also include playing Ultima Online, which I have been playing for about 3 yrs...who says I'm to old to be playing games....Ha!!!! On a universal scale...I am still a newborn! |

Do I think life exists outside of the atmosphere of this puny little planet?... I certainly hope so....seems like an awfully big universe to me, so I think that the chances of other spieces evolving on other worlds is quite feasable. Should we transmit a beacon?..I think we have been making quite a lot of racket here for quite some time now, I am pretty sure we have been "noticed". So far those that have "noticed" us have found us to be not worth any significant bother or we wouldn't be here. >:-)
Why am I running S@H? I think this is a very worthwhile project. The more people that get involved, the faster we can find out the truth possibly.... If you are in a vehicle traveling at the speed of light, and you turn your headlights on....will they do anything? (food for thought) >:-) ...Look towards the Stars, and Happy Hunting!!! |
