It is obvious that extraterrestrial life exists, although finding an intelligent form of life transmitting radio signal in our own region of the galaxy is certainly less probable, but probable nonetheless.
We should transmit a signal based on basic mathematics, so that it can't possibly be mistaken for a natural phenomena (serie of prime numbers?).
