I have been interested in astronomy for many years, I also enjoy cycling, photography and onsen.
Frankly, I would love to see other sentient beings discovered for the simple reason that outwardly it seems resonable that life should not be such a complicated thing to arise. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

Had run Seti Classic since 2001 but got caught out when moved to boinc - MacOSX10.2.8 was not supported. Moved to MacOSX10.4 a while ago and finally rejoined a worth while cause as far as my spare cpu cycles are concerned.
Why do I run SETI? If my box finds other sentient beings then I am gonna be jumping up and down for a long time .. If someother SETI box is first then I'll be jumping up and down for a similar period!!!
