Long-time techie from Massapequa, NY who wants to believe that there really is intelligent life out there. Whether SETI will find it is another thing, but maybe--just maybe, some lucky PC user will "get the call of the millenium!"
I work as a LAN admin in NYC, and after a long spell away from SETI@Home, I have a ew PC at home that's fast enough to make it worthwhile to donate my CPU cycles for the cause.
I love sci-fi, Stephen King, Tom Clancy, and long bubble baths [jk]!
