Profile: Acid Lord

Personal background
Science is more than a field of learning, it is a way of life. The scientific method can be applied to all aspects of our lives. The law of averages makes it nearly impossible to say that with the billions of stars out there, that our lonely star is the only one to develop life. Life has to be out there, we just have to find it. The less advanced that life is, the harder it will be to detect it. So we must work that much harder and longer to find it.
I am 31 (I will be 32 on 11/24), I was born and raised in Houston, TX; although I was blessed enough to have been in the navy and have seen some of the most beautiful places on this planet. I am a scientist of life. That is my field of occupation, my hobby and my life. Our passions create our desires to explore. Explore your passions and find true happiness.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I believe that extraterrestrial life does exist and that SETI is our best means of finding it. Only time will tell when we will find it. I run SETI at home because I think that we should all do what we can to help explore our passions. Everyone reading this probably has a passion about extraterrestrial life so we all can help each other.
