| I'm a 18 years old computer engineer from eastern europe, estonia to be exact. i study at high school and service computers at several companies as a part-time job. i do cycling as sports and.... thats about it! |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1. umm, dunno. i first read an article about it in the newspaper and thought it was cool. first computer, on witch is ran SETI was a Pentium 90MHz. it took almost 24h to compute the whole thing. i've been running it ever since most of the time. now, its turned into sports to conquer first position in my group. :)
2. actually, i dont care about aliens although i believe in them. i havent just bothered to join anti-cancer or physics or any othre project.
3. keep it up. however, settings should also be set computer-specific. i mean general rules and special rules for single computer. |
