Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Why do you run SETI@home?
the subject of ET's interests me more than my other hobbies.
i hope one day i can have my own setup, obviously not as BIG as seti but a nice little one like the Bambi project, that would be COOL!!!!!
a project like this is so obviously worthwhile,i mean just to hear a signal of extra terrestrial origin would make my heart stop!!!
i would be so excited and so would the world, some people might be scared but i think the vast majority would be excited.
especially the fact that the one question we all occasionally ask ourselves is.....ARE WE ALONE ?
then to have the answer to that question revealed with a signal from outer space.......NO,we are not alone.......

Thoughts about ETI
my thoughts can go deep into this subject to the point of my brain locking up!!!
there has got to be something out there, space is a big place,is there something after space ?
it's a subject you can really get involved in.
i think the benefits of discovering ET's would hopefully accelerate and also funding of projects to make super duper space ships.
just the knowing that we are not alone in the universe would certainly change every person's way of thinking....wouldn't it ???
i think we should transmit our own signals......if the ET's are doing it,then so should we......they're probably thinking the same as us...are we alone ?
Hope Not !!!!!!
