I collect all sorts of computers and I spend most of my time trying to get them up an running. It drives my wife crazy, but I do somehow find time to mow the lawn and take out the garbage. My goal with running SETI@home is to get in the top 5% of all users. I don't know why, it's just a geeky goal.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
My oppinion on extraterrestrial life is that we are a part of a large universe. I'm not a fanatic, but I do believe in the possiblity of other life. I'm running SETI@home because it makes worthwile use of otherwise wasted processor cycles. I just want to do what I can to help.
