| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I think ETI exists. I am positive about the SETI program, I believe this is the best way today. Until the speed of light is a limit for the known universe I do not see any dangers about contacting other intelligences. I see only benefits since this fact will increase the global knowledge of the humanity. Yes, the humans should transmit information to the space. I think we should prove our intelligence, so the info should be mostly mathematical, physical and chemical - descriptive formulas of the known world i.e. the Maxwell equations, the periodic system, the Chebishev polinom, etc. I run SETI@home first of all because I like the idea to unify dispersed forces around the Earth for one nice aim. There are really very few aims which can be agreed without any political, ethnical, religious or whatever prejudice. For me the SETI is absolutely the best among these.
