I live in the United States. My home state is Connecticut. I am 24 years of age and probably the youngest person to read Contact at the age of 10. I have always had an obsession with Astronomy and The Search for E.T.. I always wanted to be an astronaut when I was little. I love reading Hard Sci-fi and old school Sci-fi / Fantasy. Big Sports Fan ( Boston RedSox, Cincinnati Bengals, New York Rangers). I am a Computer/ Network Technician, own my own business.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I am fortunately a member of the Planetary Society. I have been with SETI@home almost since the beginning and I have 2 dedicated computers ( 3 more on the way) runnning Seti@home. I love the fact that someone is taking the responsiblity of forwarding our knowledge of Space and what is really out there. I love having the Best rank possible. We ( My girlfriend{ Danielle} and I have no question that there is life outside of our Solar system. I would volunteer anytime to put together some sort of beacon with all that makes us human and that we are a peaceful civilization with a rich history and desire to explore the Universe.
