| At this moment I am 26 years old, gay, and "married" to Rick. I recently completed a Ph.D. in International Relations. I work full time for a "think tank" in Washington DC, as a Middle Eastern Analyst and Division Director. Rick recently graduated from law school and is working locally in an international law firm. I also have a web page, http://tims_world.tripod.com that I started in January 2000 and it has a journal as well, though I have not been keeping it current for awhile. There's lots of material to read there if you are so inclined.. You can find out a lot of details about me on the site and read about my coming out and my marriage to Rick among other things. For the highs and lows in my life, read the first few entries in the April 2000 archive and the May 2000 archive, along with the Coming Out and History sections. You will learn most of what you need to know about me in those sections. |

| I think it is very short-sighted to think we are the only sentient beings in the universe. We might as well reach out and attempt to find others and initiate contact. Processing SETI units is a good thing. |
