Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I think it exists. Not sure when or how we will discover it, but if we don't start now, then when?

I am sure that most of this is obvious and is probably already planned, but it would be great to have a seti user interface with more capabilites. Some of my thoughts are:
1. Allow processing in batch without the screen saver overhead
2. Allow submitting any subset of completed units or automatically submitting each as it finishes, but keeping a downloaded pool to work on.
3. Allow switching accounts like the screen saver version does now.
4. It would be great if a unit standard (size) could be established and AVG CPU TIME/UNIIT STANDARD could be displayed to give a kind of processor speed benchmark. Bad idea?
