Yes I believe there is intelligent life in this universe other then us, and I have no idea when and how we will discover them or them discover us, I only hope that when we do that we don't immediately "Alien"ate them.
Yes we should transmit a beacon, and the beacon should contain mathmatics, after all if there is an intelligent life out there listening they would have to have had a firm understanding of Math.
It would thrill me to no end to be part of the effort that eventually makes contact with another intelligent species. |
