| Hi folks. I'm a 37y old physicist from Germany. Although I never did research in this area (I'm dealing with E-Dynamics and solid state physics) I'm very interested in Astronomy and Astrophysics. Beside that I like Reading, Classical Music, playing Badminton and single malt whisky ;) |

| I'm deeply concerned by statistical reasons that there IS extraterrestrial live, and probably intelligent live. But also I'm pretty sure that we never will meet them. There is a relativistic barrier that prevents us from coming together, and the probability for liveforms within some 100ly is very small. But maybe we can hear from them. Light is patient and travels huge distances. That's why I'm joining seti@home. |
