I am a happy guy born in november 1983 in Umea, Sweden.
Today I live with my parents in Tavelsjo, Sweden(about 3 mile from Umea), and I study Automation tech. at Dragon school in Umea.
My biggest interests are computers and science-fiction(Im eating sci-fi books at a rate of like two books a week :).

If extraterrestrial life exist?
I am pretty sure that it exists but the real question is if there are an intellegent civilization close enough so that we ever may make contact...
I think that the first E.T. humans would meet is some bacteria from a distant planet with capabilities to bear life...
Beacon?
I think that we have alredy made clear where we are in this galaxy by inventing the radio so i dont really think it would be necessery to transmit a beacon for E.T. to find.
Why I run SETI@home?
Well, good question but i think im running it because of my passion to space travel. I would really love to be able to travel far out in the Universe and explore... but with our technology today its nearly impossible to just leave our own solar-system safely...
I like the SETI@home project very much!!
